The award ceremony of setting up experimental practicing base between Hengtong Optic-Electric Co.,Ltd and Marine Institute of Zhejiang University has been successfully held in 16th April. Chen Ying, the dean of marine institute of Zhejiang University and Yin Jicheng, the general manager of Hengtong Optic-Electric signed the cooperation agreement under the witness of the top management of both sides.
