From March 6 to 8, the Fourth International Exhibition of Locomotive, infrastructure and Logistics (known as Euro-Asia Railway Exhibition) was held in Istanbul Exhibition Center, Turkey. Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., Ltd successfully appeared in the exhibition with railway products and solutions and attracted much attention within this field.
Asia-Europe Railway Exhibition is the only professional one for railroad in Turkey, also a vitally important international railway equipment and technology event, bringing together world-class railway operators and related equipments and services vendors. They are cable manufacturers, telecommunication and solution companies, locomotive solution vendors, and local enterprises, qualified for railroad constructions.
In 2013, Hengtong’s railway system cable was authorized by TCDD and opened Turkey’s market. Receiving the invitation of exhibition proved Hengtong’s competitiveness in Turkey market.
Faced with a large market for railway equipment, Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., Ltd firstly joined this exhibition with customized posters, displayed samples, and combined with videos, showing optical fiber, FOC, OND, wire cables, power cable, submarine cable and other series of products. Focused on our company's scale, we introduced cables for railway system and high-speed rail lines as our priorities.
With a large-scale booth and varied products, Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., Ltd attracted many audiences, including Turkey Railway Bureau, Turkey's largest mobile operator Turkcell, and senior leaderships from 50 companies and local medias. More importantly, the vice-minister of Ministry of Transport, director of Turkey Railway Bureau, Suleyman Karaman also took part in this exhibition and visited our booth.
Karaman spoke highly of the cooperation between Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., Ltd and Turkey Railway Bureau, emphasized contributions of Chinese enterprises and expected Hengtong to supply better services to the Turkey railway construction.
During the exhibition, Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., Ltd had an exchange with our peers and talked about Turkey construction project and solution with integrators. We also further enhanced mutual understanding with rail customers, and deeply explored future plans and competition in the local market. All these initiatives promoted Hengtong's brand and its railway cable solution in Turkey, Europe and the Mediterranean region.
