On June 17, 2019,  Cablescom’s Joint-CEO Li Mi, as the representative of  Hengtong , received the Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province  Guo Yuanqiang and his delegation in Madrid ,  together with the Eptisa(JSTI), Gpro, China Tianying,  Nclave Solar, ICBC Barcelona Branch and other business representatives. The leaders of the delegation also include: the Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Government, Huang Lan, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Commerce, Zhou Changqing, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Huang Xiqiang, and the Executive Deputy The president of the Provincial Trade Promotion Association, Wang Cun , and other staffs of the Jiangsu Provincial Government Office and the Foreign Affairs Office.

On the afternoon , the delegation communicated with key enterprises invested in Spain by Jiangsu , the companies introduced their operations in Spain have been unanimously endorsed by the leaders. 

Finally,  Guo Yuanqiang  indicate the importance of “going out, invited in” under the “ BRI” policy, and emphasized the concept and significance of sharing. This meeting was a complete success.
