‍Hengtong Cable Australia (HCA) will be supplying Beon Energy Solutions, 8km of 33kV cable to its Limondale BESS project.

The Limondale Solar Farm consists of a 249-megawatt solar farm consisting approximately 872,000 panels in Balranald, NSW and commenced operations in 2021. 

A Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is proposed to be developed beside the existing solar farm with 50-megawatt / 400-megawatt hour capacity. 

The Solar Farm and BESS are located within the South-West REZ.
